How many sessions will I need?

Most of our clients achieve significant results after just one RTT session (the 28 day programme). The clients who obtain the best results fully engage in the process and listen to the audio at least once a day.

Deeper rooted issues may take more than one session, however your therapist will guide you on this.


Will therapy online be as good as in person?


RTT lends itself perfectly to working online, its success is just as evident whether in person or online.


However, being in the comfort of your own home and surroundings enables our clients to relax easier and engage in the process, there is no tension about traffic, parking, being in an unfamiliar place to hinder the process. Once the session is over you can take time and re-adjust before having to immediately negotiate the practicalities of life.

What happens if we lose internet connection.

If this happens then the therapist will attempt to reconnect with you online or by calling your phone. Don't worry you won't be lost in hypnosis - You will naturally come out of hypnosis as you will sense there is something wrong and at that point you can reconnect or contact your therapist. They will take you back into the deeply relaxed hynotherapy state and recommence the session.

Will it work for me?

That is up to you....

RTT is a two way process, we give 100% and you need to as well. Whilst its normal to feel a little apprehensive about the session if its your first time, if you allow the process to happen by simply following what your therapist is saying whilst in session then there is no reason why it won't be effective.

If you are committed, genuinely want to achieve the outcome agreed and listen to the audio as instructed we are confident you will achieve your goal.

I'm nervous about being hypnotised.

Hypnotherapy is a very different thing to what you may have seen stage hypnotists perform. Throughout the entire process you are aware of what is going on and will remember it afterwards. You are simply guided to a deeply relaxed state and this accesses the subconscious mind. You would easily be able to exit this state yourself if you felt uncomfortable, or if you were disturbed.

What do I do if I have a concern or complaint?

Transformational Therapy Alliance (TTA) is a site for connecting clients to therapists. The service is provided by the therapists who are self employed and not employed by Transformational Therapy Alliance (TTA).

Should you have any concerns, then the first point of call is to the therapist, however if this is not addressed satisfactorily, then please do contact us and we can look to assist you.
